Galvzinc Zinc Rich Spray (ZRS)
GALVZINC ZINC RICH SPRAY is a cold galvanizing zinc spray that contains a zinc-enriched enamel paint. Each spray can contains about 100 grams of 99% pure zinc dust. This special corrosion protection paint bonds with the clean iron or steel surface. The zinc particles within the paint sacrificially protects the base iron or steel from corrosion. This coating also prevents rust from forming, even when scratched.

How to Use:
- Shake the can thoroughly until the metal ball within the spray can is free.
- Remove the rust, scale, oil grease or any form of dirt from the iron or steel surface with a wire brush, sandpaper, then wipe with solvent such as thinner. Let it dry for a few minutes, then spray.
- Apply a thick coat, about 30 to 50 microns of this zinc-enriched paint on the clean surface, and allow to dry for 10-15 minutes.
- When finished spraying, clean valve by turning the can upside down and pressing the button until only pressure escapes. If clogging occurs, remove button, clean slot and orifice with wire and replace carefully. Keep the spray can tightly closed with its cover.

Galvzinc Zinc Rich Paint (ZRP: 5 Litre Drum)
GALVZINC ZINC RICH PAINT is a cold galvanizing paint that is available in 5 litre drums for industrial usage to protect iron or steel surfaces from rust and corrosion.
- Before applying this cold galvanizing paint, thoroughly clean the steel surface. The cleaning process can be sandblast to SA 2.5 or sweep blast to remove all rust, dirt, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Alternatively, for small repair works, use a wire brush, sandpaper to clean off all rust, scale, oil, grease or any other form of contaminants.
- Wipe down with solvent and let it dry.
- Stir the contents of the Galvzinc Zinc Rich Paint 5 Litre Drum for 5 minutes to ensure a thourough mix of zinc particles, preferably using a mechanical stirrer.
- Apply a thick coat of Galvzinc zinc rich cold galvanizing paint via brush or roll on.
- Check the dry film thickness (DFI) to achieve between 50 to 100 microns or as intended.

Galvzinc Galvanizing Color Spray (GCS)
GALVZINC GALVANIZING COLOUR SPRAY is a spray paint that matches the colour of galvanized steel. Apply this spray to create a similar finish to hot dip galvanized steel surface. This spray can be applied after using the GALVZINC ZINC RICH SPRAY to furthur improve the appearence of the cold galvanized steel.
